The location was great! Check-in and out was very easy and communication was clear.

Easy check-in/check-out, walking distance from the center, the shops, bars, tram. 4 rooms share one bathroom but we never saw anyone else. We got the room facing the street but that did not stop us from sleeping like babies. I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing. Maybe remind the cleaning lady to check under the bed and the fridge now and then ;-)

I liked the location, the neighborhood was super fun and existing, it was close to the venue I was visiting, and it felt safe. The U-bahn is also super close, so you are connected to the rest of the city. Lots of restaurants and bars around.

Firstly, the room looked like it has not been properly cleaned when I entered. It had hair and dust everywhere, the walls are in horrible condition. When I communicated with the staff that the room was not properly cleaned, I didn't receive any answers. The bathroom was clean, as long as nobody showered before you. If somebody showered, you can expect the bathroom floors to be completely wet. They are very unorganized regarding it, they don't have any hooks for the towels, and the bathroom leaks. Room 1 is next to the street, so expect it to be very loud. On top of it being loud due to the trams and traffic during the night, I had the unfortunate luck of there being construction right under the window while I was staying. Also, it doesn't feel private because of this, the windows are not sealed completely, so if you by any chance leave curtains open, you can see in the room. The room also has a weird smell, I can't explain whether it's bad or not, it's just weird.
