Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was great. The manual can opener did not work so we had to buy one, we ended up throwing it away as it broke. I t was hard to remove items from the oven as there were no potholders in the kitchen. Also an extra kitchen garbage bag would have been nice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, love renting from Gulf Shores Rentals, but I will not rent this unit or condo building again. GSR is not to blame. It's the builder, the owner, and the cleaners . When we first arrived we could feel the sand on the floor in the condo. We would walk on the tile floor barefoot and our feet would be very dirty. We used the vacuum but couldn't find a mop. There was a piece of wall mirror that had come unglued lying on the floor (not broken). The biggest issue was when the condo next door took a shower. They're drain was connected to our drain. It was so loud you'd think they were in our condo. The place needs painting, baseboard coming loose. Walls are so thin we would get woke up during the night by the person in the next condo snoring. We told GSR about the floor and the mirror, but told them we'd deal with it. The location is perfect. The building and condo need a lot of work. I'll rent from GSR again, but not at Surfside Condos.
