Cosey warm ,comfortable beds , good breakfast . Nice area .
Lack of communication no one around to greet us just a form and a key on desk when we arrived.
Nothing written in English , eg if a fire??? Wi fi? Restaurants.??Long walk to restaurants unless you are v fit . No evening meals provided.
Locked out of hotel had to phone number on front door to let us in no one explained we could get in via basement, this was only about 8.30 pm Got info from waitress next morning but annoyed it was hassle.
On checkout I explained this politely they need info not just in German but English Italian French etc .

"Nice room with beautiful view over the mountains and valley, quiet and comfortable. Ski bus directly from the door and 5 min to gondola. The breakfast and the dinner were very very good. And the stuff..."
