The staff was extremely helpful, providing ideas for breakfast, help providing walking instructions to some locations. The staff also contacted a restaurant for us to make reservations for dinner.
The Guesthouse met our expectations and worked out well for our one night stay.,

You should remove the mention of a kitchen for units that don't actually have one. The photo of the triple room showed a kitchen, but it turned out to be a shared one—and not a very convenient one at that. Our window faced a wall with an exhaust vent, so we couldn't open it; the vent constantly blew in the smell of french fries from the establishment downstairs.
There was also a smell of dampness.
You really ought to display accurate photos alongside the room images so as not to mislead guests.
