Overall great location and incredible views. House had just enough of what we needed. Only complaint was cobwebs everywhere and hot tub was warm and wouldn’t get hot.

We had a great stay at this cabin in Gatlinburg! The cabin was very clean when we arrived, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The amenities were excellent — everything we needed was available, and it made our stay easy and enjoyable. The space was also perfect for four people. It felt open and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The only downside was that there was some trash visible in the back area outside. It may not necessarily be the responsibility of the cabin owner or property management company, but it would still be great to have it cleaned up. When you’re enjoying the beautiful mountain views, seeing trash can take away from the experience a bit.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this cabin to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and spacious place in Gatlinburg!

Oustanding customer service!!!

The cabin itself was nice, other than there not being much natural light and a few lights not working, therefore it was dark. If you do not have an suv with 4wd or a truck DO NOT rent this place! The driveway is so steep it’s impossible to make it up. We busted the bottom of our rental van trying to floor it up. We even unloaded all of our luggage and lugged it up the driveway hoping the weight would make a difference and we still couldn’t make it up! No other place to park either or we’d block in other cabins. We ended up switching to a different cabin because we didn’t want to walk up this awful driveway all weekend. If you have the proper vehicle though, the cabin is nice & the view is amazing!
