A bright spacious comfortable seaside apartment in the heart of Sheringham. This first floor apartment is moments from the seafront and town and provides a great relaxing space from which to explore.Ground floor: With stairs leading to the first floor
First floor: Front door leading into hallway with doors to Double bedroom: with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of draws. Family bathroom: with shower over bath, wash basin and WC. Open plan living/dining and kitchen: with comfortable sofas, sideboard, table with four chairs and TV. Kitchen area: with electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
Please note: Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. Allocated parking space. WiFi. I have stayed at this property many times. It is convenient for walks, buses, shops so there is no need to use the car each day. It is well presented and clean.
The internet is unreliable which is a shame. Often I had to use my iPad through my phone as there was no connection.
There is also a smell of cigarettes. I suspect there are smokers living in the flat below. However this hasn’t put me off as I regularly open windows for ventilation.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY CLOSE TO AMENITIES AND BEACH AND AMPLE PARKING. WE HAD A WONDERFUL WEEK HERE IN NOVEMBER

A return visit to Sheringham and Edal Court. We always try to book this flat because of its location, parking and space.
