Great location loved that IGA was so close and restaurants

We planned a small trip with no advance warning and we were able to book this place and we were happy we did. Great access to the beach. Couple of small restaurant bars next-door was very nice. We would stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owners of 402 are not who we have an issue with. We are not impressed with the rental company. We initially booked out trip based on a completely different condo. We were notified that our reservation was changed however, we were not provided with pictures of the new condo until a few days prior to our trip. We would absolutely not have booked our trip based on the condo we stayed in. The cleanliness was below standard, there were issues with the appliances, and the rental company was not helpful nor were they polite.
