Beautiful house, fantastic views. Easy short walk down to the beach and town. Jeff the owner was great with communication. Town of Porthleven is lovely and a good amount of restaurants close by.

Even though the weather was shocking, watching the waves from the window was amazing. When we got there the house was very tidy and a lot bigger then the pictures suggested

Sunnybank is a lovely spacious house in super location within easy walk of fabulous Porthleven and the wonderful cliff walk.
It is very comfortable but the linen and bathrooms are tired with problems with shower door. However, it was very clean and a great base for a holiday at Porthleven.
