Very clean, in a quiet area, lovely place.
Could do with a better lock on 1st floor bathroom, the current one didn’t work properly one evening & I walked in on another gentleman who had just got out of the shower in all his glory.

The hotel was very clean everywhere - bedroom, bathrooms and kitchen, and good value
It would have been helpful to have the address on the booking platform - or easier to find on the internet, rather than just maps.
A card with information in the room would have been helpful, such as where the showers were, but they were quite easy to find

The attention to detail displayed by the owner. The room was a good size and well equipped with hot drink making facilities and a decent television. I was surprised to find my bed made when returning to sleep on the second night.
Nothing to add

Clean facilities, room was spotless, free WiFi and TV in room.
Lack of kitchen, there was a small area with microwave, kettle, toaster and a tabletop cooker.
OK if you are eating out every night. But for longer stays I would have liked a full kitchen
