Perfectly clean, very well maintained rooms and shared facilities e.g. breakfast room. Nice quality furnishings and fixtures, tastefully decorated.
Breakfast options are pre-portioned, and although this is convenient and reduces waste it does make the guest feel somewhat rationed.
Parking is expensive but outside the control of the hotel at 18€ per day.

The hostess - it seems to be the namesake Valentina - was super nice and accommodating. The room was beautiful and the food was excellent, especially the cakes and pastries .
If I had to name something that was a little off from perfection, it would be the not too intuitive mini fridge. Apparently it hadn’t been on for the first night, maybe I hit a button. But that’s me being ultra picky.

Bed was comfortable & location was excellent in the middle of old town.
Parking was outside old town so we had to walk with our motorbike gear & luggage
