In the vibrant heart of Sheringham, Annie's is a characterful and welcoming cottage that blends nostalgic charm with modern comfort. Just moments from the beach, independent shops, cafés, and coastal walks, it's the perfect base for exploring everything this much‑loved seaside town has to offer.
Inside, the cottage is full of personality, featuring traditional stone floors, vintage touches, and thoughtful details throughout. The cosy lounge—with its feature fireplace and comfortable sofas—leads through to a spacious dining room, ideal for relaxed family meals. The well‑equipped kitchen retains its period feel while providing all the essentials for your stay.Ground floor: Front door leading into hallway with door into Lounge: with two sofas, feature fireplace, TV and BlueRay player, door into Dining room: with feature fire place, dining table and six chairs, and door to: steep staircase. Kitchen: with brick feature fireplace with shelving, feature period corner wash tub, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. WC: and wc and washbasin off hallway.
First floor: Double bedroom: with double bed, bedside tables, chest of draws and hanging rails. Double bedroom: with double bed, bedside tables, feature fireplace, chest of draws and hanging rail. Single bedroom: with one single bed, bedside table, chest of draws, hanging hooks and chair. Family bathroom: with roll top bath, seperate shower cubicle, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
Please note: Outside: patio area to the rear of the property with seating. Bed Linen supplied, please bring own towels. Travel cot (please bring own bedding). Pet accepted @ £20.00 per week. Outside: a private patio garden provides a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Annies cottage. The welcome pack is ideal for the first cuppa when you arrive and we appreciate all the extra things provided.
The rear garden looks fabulous, once a small raised patio it now has a lush green lawn with chairs and tables dotted about. Perfect in summer, especially for kids.

Perfect for our little family! The décor is lovely, and the rooms are spacious and welcoming. The washing facilities were a real bonus with two young children, and our dog was equally delighted with all the space. The location is fantastic—right on the high street—though it can be a little noisy at night in the summer, which is to be expected. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the property overall is very well-maintained. The children were especially thrilled with the bath!
It’s worth noting that the steep stairs, lack of a stair gate, and concrete edges in the garden mean it’s perhaps not ideal for very young children. Likewise, it may not be suitable for older guests or those with limited mobility.
We truly loved our stay and would happily recommend it to others!

Annie’s is a lovely comfortable cottage, located in the heart of Sheringham.
The cottage is well equipped and decorated in a ninety fourties’ style, invoking a fascinating atmosphere.

Lots of dust, cobwebs and dog hair didn't look as if it had been thoroughly cleaned for a long time I had to clean it myself!
