Location was perfect, just outside the island, which means it's quiet. Perfect for Sircusa, parking is easy to figure out and staff will give you very detailed information on parking, best places to eat, best places for sunset.

* The jacuzzi was very nice. * The host was very helpful and gave us very good tips for the city.

* The apartment got quite humid. There were water drops in the windows even without using the jacuzzi. * The street was very noisy on late evenings and we could hear the noise in the room very loud when the windows were open. * The breakfast was in a bar across the street with a very limited selection of food. There were a few very good alternatives on the same street though.

We think the location was good.

The property was very different to the photos and the description on booking.com. The room was dated and scruffy. The entrance was through a scruffy courtyard and up 3 flights of stairs with an unstable handrail. We were a little later than expected because of bus problems but the girl who saw us in took about 3 mins to show us around. There was no sign of a mini bar or other hotel facilities. No useful information. We feel that possibly there were more facilities a few years ago and maybe the property has been sold and since then Nothing has been done to keep this property up to date. At the last minute we were informed that the ‘kitchen’ was closed and we wouldn’t be charged or given breakfast. As far as we could see there wasn’t a kitchen. The set up felt very strange.
