House is great for large group. There was 10 of us. It is an older cabin, but was very clean. It was perfect for our group & plenty of parking for our vehicles. Area was quiet. Close to everything we needed to be close to. No crazy roads - easy access

There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The cabin was close to everything. We loved the Elk.

When we arrived rental agency did excellent job.
arrival at the cabin, not so good. The cabin was not clean, linen was dirty, cobb webbs on all the ceilings and walls. The cabin had very bad odor of CURRY!there were seven or eight bags of garbage out side by the A/C condensing units. Two of the rooms Bed Comforters had very bad damp spots on Them, looked like Sex Spots, we had too clean and mop the floors and clean bathrooms and kitchen, spray cabin several times for odor. one of the A/C heat pumps keept freezing up and making noise. You should check after cleaning crew.
