This is the 2nd year in a row we stayed here..its the perfect spot on Marco Island. The property is always clean and very well maintained..we love it so much we booked next year !

Wonderful location with view of the beach from the balcony! Nicely decorated apartment with all the necessary essentials. Would definitely stay again!

Great location! Could use a dishwasher though. Very clean and well kept, but could be modernized a bit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was wonderful as were the staff. I had one issue that troubles me as a lone woman staying in the room. On the day of my checkout, I was in the bathroom when I heard voices in the unit. When I went to the living room there were two men there who had let themselves in and they explained they were there to clean the air ducts. I replied the checkout time was 10 am. They seemed more concerned about their timeline to clean the ducts than my finding strangers in the unit. I quickly packed my bags to get out since they were bringing in their equipment even though I had intended to leave at 9:30. When I reported the incident to staff, the gentleman was very nice and apologetic but did not seem overly concerned that this happened to a guest. Clean - yes. Staff friendly - yes. Secure - not too sure. Unhappily I cannot recommend due to that issue.
