Great homemade breakfast, convenient and walkable location.

Louise was a friendly welcoming host from the minute we arrived and even waved us off the next morning.I was amazed by the large fruit at breakfast.We will definitely be back.Thank you.

Nothing to dislike.

We booked the Twin room with shower. The room was well-furnished, and we appreciated that the heater was already turned on prior to our arrival. The bathroom was well-equipped, though it could use a new toilet roll holder and some basic decoration. Breakfast was nice, and the Wi-Fi connection was solid. The location on Pulteney Street is highly practical—it is very central for exploring Ullapool, putting you just a short walk from the center, yet it sits off the main road, ensuring the surroundings remain completely quiet.

The hospitality was entirely impersonal. There was no welcome upon arrival; we simply found a sheet of paper attached to the door with our name and room assignment. During our entire stay, our only interaction with the owner was when our breakfast orders were taken. Furthermore, a distinct musty smell gave the whole property a clammy feel. This odor was especially noticeable in the room itself, making it an environment that did not invite you to linger any longer than necessary.

Good location. Dining and lounge area nice. Breakfast was good but little more variety on fruit juice would have been nice (only 1 choice). Fresh fruit and yoghurt much appreciated.

Shower power very weak and seal not clean. Wash hand basin was in bedroom. TV very small. Towels generally very thin and bath towels small. Stairs very narrow to negotiate cases and head hazard for someone tall.
