The host is very nice and takes you around the apartment on arrival. Great location and the terraces have wonderful views. Near local shops, cafes, restaurants etc.
The kitchen and bathroom need some attention.

It was a great apartment in a great location Nice was in a heatwave so that meant I couldn’t take full advantage of the outdoors. Just a short walk in any direction were great local restaurants, the beach, local supermarkets. The apartment had all amenities… full kitchen and washing machine Oh and the security was excellent. Host was on the same floor and we were behind good security gates
Middle of a big heatwave and the aircon struggles In the scheme of things it was a great apartment and I would love to stay there again

Incredible view and very spacious. Everything worked perfectly no issues. Amazing host.
While this is a personal thing the bed is quite firm.
