If you're looking for spectacular views from the Cape Breton coast, this is a great choice. All of the property photos are very accurate: a snug, well-designed home that's perfect for two people (or a couple more in the loft). All of the furnishings, kitchen utensils, etc. are uncluttered but well chosen. You should know that the nearest town of size is about 40 min. away...what you have here are the sounds of wind, waves, and birds. The host was very informative as to nearby hikes and attractions, and went out of her way to give us a heads-up as to a brief, planned power outage due to utility work. My only suggestion would be to forward the helpful guide material a little earlier, maybe even upon booking. Of all our stops in the Maritimes, this has been the most memorable...thank you!

We sent this message to the owner when we arrived: “Your place is WAY beyond our expectations. Stunning location, tasteful furnishings, warm wood all around the house had everything we needed. Niki was super responsive and gave us ideas for things to do including a beautiful walk down to the beach less than 100 meters from the cottage.

Our stay was wonderful. The view was outstanding. Loved everything about our stay.

We loved every moment of our stay. A very special place to truly enjoy the beauty of the area. Niki is great to work with for your stay. She was quick to respond to my worries over Hurricane Lee and checked in just enough. Everything is exactly as described in her listing and very clean. We will return.
