The staff was really nice and I enjoyed the fact that late check out was available for a reasonable fee. Room was adequate, amenities were fine. I enjoyed my stay and will most likely use this hotel again if I have another concert or event at Marine Messe Fukuoka. They also have a breakfast that I did not check out but I appreciate it all the same. Direct elevator from outside (skipping the lobby) was convenient.
The elevator from the first floor cannot be used late at night for security reasons which might be troublesome for guests who cannot use the stairs.

The hotel was a few minutes walk away from the conference venue. Lots of konbini around. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Very quiet place.
Maybe check out time could be one hour later. Maybe a map of places to eat or places to go to in the area. Maybe a map of bus stops and subway stations in the area.

The room was clean and hotel staff were nice and friendly.
The room was clean, but the bathroom was too small. I’m 5.2inch woman - still difficult to take shower.
I could hear next door neighbor’s coughs and snoring throughout the night, so that it was hard to sleep.
