Loved the complimentary snacks and the room was clean and tidy.
My room was close enough to the front desk where they play a musical tune on repeat which made it difficult for me to fall asleep.

Great location, and the staff is so nice and welcoming. We really appreciated their hospitality, and they have a full welcome package together with free snacks and drinks (and a whole range of them, plus instant noodles) during the day. Fantastic stuff. The rooms are nice too! Right in the middle of the Ximendi area but still quiet at night. Good beds and also possible to do laundry for a good price which I was really happy with.
I don't like the trend of glass bathrooms.

Great value for the location. Quite central, nearby lot of restaurants. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there is unlimited supply of instant noodle soup, water and snacks which is really convenient!
It takes some time in getting hot water from the shower. Beds were a bit soft for me.

Comfortable bed, silent bedroom.
The room had a musty smell, likely from a damp floor that didn’t dry properly — made the stay pretty unpleasant. On top of that, the bathtub was poorly designed; even with the curtain, water kept leaking out and flooding the bathroom floor.
Also, the building where is hotel in located is quite rundown.
Lastly, hotel is overpriced.
