The condo was extremely comfortable, well-furnished and kitchen fully stocked. Great views from screened in porch area of beach and sunsets. Pool area was excellent. Bell person service for arrival and departure were so appreciated, friendly and efficient. Guest services team always friendly and helpful for all steps of the rental process and calls for additional questions. Rental of golf cart a must and cart in good condition. Highly recommend this unit and Palm Island Resort.

Location, clean property, friendly staff.

Reviewer Comments: Exactly what we needed, a quiet week with the family, a really peaceful place and the apartment exceeded what we expected, very well equipped, with everything you need, cozy and clean. This is not a complaint... but maybe in a near future mattress in the master bedroom could be replaced, this is only a very personal criterion, but overall, we had a very good experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is the 12th or 13th time we have been there. Love the place. Added a new twist this year. We brought our boat. We were disappointed in the condition of the docks, lack of proper moring cleats, hoses not working (for boats)& the fact that the dock was so far from our unit. The marina on the otherhand was exceptional when handeling our boat.
