-excellent facillities for a basic room to stay only.
-excellent in town location, surrounded with so many interesting places to visit and food stall/ restaurants nearby
-very clean and neat
-free flow of water, tea and coffee
-excellent and friendly staff. Simple check in procedures.
-We stayed during weekend and there were night markets and restaurants operating down stairs. Quite noisy for somebody who needs privacy.

Comfortable place, you feel like at home! Nice common area, the location is pretty good (10 min walk from the center and next to 2 malls) and Anuar is the kindest host in the world (and an excellent chef) he'll always help you find the solution for everything.
It's not the property’s fault, but sometimes in the evening there's a bit of a noise on the street caused by the restaurants and the cleaning crews (but I think happens in all city)

It's nice. They have good looking cats as staff.
No free parking nearby. Thin partitioned walls. No hot water in the shower.
