Had a fab time here - we were a couple just staying for one night - the room was beautiful & overlooking the Piazza. Really impressive decor, the room was a big size with all the facilities you would expect. We loved it.
The only thing we didn’t like was the air conditioning- it was there & it did work but it did not work properly so the room was always too hot.
There is construction work ongoing in the building - it didn’t disturb us, in fact I’d go so far as to say the construction staff were the friendliest Italians we met in Sassari. The Piazza outside could be noisy but we had no trouble with noise during our stay.

I thought I had booked a Hotel so you can imagine our disappointment to discover it was just a room, the listing is misleading booking,com should check their listings!!!
The room itse;f was lovely but there was no balcony as advertised.
The location is amazing looking over the Piazza BUT the loud music noise from the cafe downstairs which goes on late into the night is very bad and people milling around the square shouting is bad.
If you are looking for a peaceful trip away this is not really the property.
Listing on booking.com was misleading.
