Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here three times now and have loved every time! The view is amazing and the location is perfect for our family. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful and our unit was well equipped and comfortable. There was construction next door when we were there, which was a little bothersome, but not terrible. The new hotel does obstruct the view downshore a little, but there is still plenty of view left to enjoy! We love this place and can't wait to go back! Thank you, Carolina Resorts Reality!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really good week. Weather was not too hot,so we could spend a lot of time at the beach and in the pool. The condo was in a good location and I found it to be very clean and comfortable.

Master bathroom lights flickered the whole time. Couldn’t turn on the cold water in kitchen because of horrible noise. Maids or previous guests had left thermostat on heat 80. Took forever to cool off. Very dated. Needs some TLC

This condo needs immediate attention from the owner! Paint is peeling off the ceiling and walls. There is mold around the air vents. Some people are deathly allergic to mold. The comforter on the king bed needs to be thrown in the trash! There is a stain on box spring cover that looks like mold. And the couch also needs to be thrown in the trash! I was disappointed with the appearance of the condo!
