I loved how well decorated it was and that I was warmly greeted by Ava.
The shower room had a musty smell but nothing horrible.

The favourite things we liked was the friendliness of the staff. Special thanks to Wouter and Patrick.
The location was incredible. To be in one of the oldest streets of historic Haarlem was fantastic.
All good.
No problems here.

Well-maintained and well-decorated room with complementary wine. I appreciate it.
The washroom is congested but it is just a trade off.

Location was wonderful.
We did not realize that we would be walking through a cafe and up steep winding dark stairs to reach our unit. It was also much smaller than we thought. The stove was dirty, the toaster oven was covered with cooked food inside, no microwave, no dish towels, no hot pad, ver few pots.
