having been a regular self catering customer this is the first time I have felt the need to review
The cottage is very good in a good location perhaps needs a little TLC but fine for our needs
However the cleaners employed need to clean to a much better standard
The managers need to be able to manage and to communicate to a much better standard
Had these been in place our stay would have been much more enjoyable experience
