This property was in the perfect location. My family has visited Fredericksburg many times and this place was perfect! There was some construction going on nearby that woke my husband and I up early. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to couples and we will be back.

Perfect location for a Fredericksburg getaway! The cottage had everything we needed and the hot tub was a bonus. Being just off Main Street, we were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants and live music we enjoyed during our stay. We plan to make this an annual getaway and will definitely rebook with Absolute Charm.

This was perfect for what we needed. We arrived after dark, so the property was a little difficult to navigate but the instructions were spot on to make up for it. We were able to enjoy a complete day within walking distance of the property to allow minimal vehicle movement. Linen was fresh and felt perfect after the day of travel to get here, as well as the day on our feet from sightseeing and the mattress was firm and relaxing for a good nights sleep. 8/10 for me

Was spotless quiet hot tub was great and easy access to downtown shops
