Check-in instructions were clear. It was clean. It was warm. Pretty good internet. Spacious.

I was VERY disappointed. Considering the rating, price, and what I saw in the listing pictures, I expected much better. - Most furniture and utensils are of the cheapest possible variety (see attached pictures) and have nothing to do with the name "prestige" and fancy-looking listing pictures. - Small annoying details like almost non-existent complimentary tea (see pic) - This is a bad neighborhood, and I knew it. But I did not expect two locals to throw "a party" one evening, smoking cigarettes and drinking beer on the staircase. Maybe I was unlucky, but still - be warned. - Despite asking twice, I still did not get an invoice.
