Reviewer Comments:
The Colony Reef club is is nice resort with good amenities. Fitness center is ok. Outdoor pool is great. This particular unit is very convenient to the pool and beach access. View would be better a floor up. The interior of the unit is worn. Couch and chair were falling apart, bed was tolerable, but not great. Bathroom sink was rusting. Sliding door to bath was inoperable. The third bedroom is tiny - a closet. The owners had lots of stuff covering most flat surfaces and filling much of the closets (which had no hangers).
