Lovely location far from city noise but still in walking distance to the sea front. Apartment well equipped and modern with comfy beds and lots of storage. We loved the heated pool and views.Easy communication with owners.
Not a problem for us but some people may find difficult to walk up and down 64 steps to the apartment from the carpark. Not the fastest internet connection.

the peacefulness of the property if you want a quiet life, other than the residential dog non-stop barking nearby!
The distance and location, it is so far our of Costa Adeje up a very very steep hill known as heart attack hill! do not let your elderly parents stay here, if you are young and fit it is manageable.
it is nowhere near Los Cristianos, Las Americas and it is located at San Eugenio but ALTO which means TOP (under statement) i did ask Booking.com to have this altered to prevent future disappointment and i don't know HOW this is a 9.9 on Booking.com it shouldn't be. In all fairness the host was good, very helpful but never met us we met with some intermediaries.
