Rose Suite

The Location was in the heart of Rome. Close to restaurants, all the site seeing places and most of all safe. Its literally 5-30 minutes walk to these places. If I am to visit again I would definitely do this Stay again. :)

If the refrigerator at least could stay on when leaving the room. :(

The staff were excellent, communication was brilliant, they allowed us to check in early which we were very thankful for. The room was immaculate, modern, comfortable. Aircon worked brilliantly. Shower was excellent. Great location to the train station, restaurants, historical features. Brilliant.

Nothing.

directly next to rome termini train station and subway so easy access to airports and day trips, within 29 minute walk of colesseum and trevi ect , 5 minute subway to vatican city. Air con and fridge came in super handy in the heat. Bed was big and super comfortable. Bathroom nice quality and great water pressure.

Great location. Staff tried very hard to solve problems.

Toilet lid broken on arrival. WIFI was terrible - intermittent and very weak when available. Floor was fairly dusty. Only two cups in room. No saucers, no glasses. No indication on how to use the safe. Small freezer in fridge “iced up”. No ice tray anyway. Only one set of keys so we both had to leave the room together because keys were required to operate power in the room. No tissues or even a spoon to stir a cup of tea or coffee. To top it all off my wallet was stolen while walking to the residence. It sounded as though we had a baby elephant furniture-removalist in the room above ours and this noise persisted despite our complaints
