Location was perfect for our stay to be close to Moby Arena at the college. Safe neighborhood. The beds were great! Had an extra bedroom if we needed it. And a hot tub in the back to relax in at night. Loved it!

Has everything you need! Big comfy couch. Clean. Fun decorations. Coffee maker, French press AND coffee! A hot tub. Walking 15 mins to old town or CSU. fun place!

Located in a quiet area within a short stroll from the city centre, yet close to the main roads into and out of town. A bijou property with all you could need for a self catering holiday, but close enough to the many eateries available in downtown Fort Collins to allow for dining out if you wish.It was a joy to wake up each morning and watch the squirrels running up and down the trees nearby.

Great location close to the centre of town, fun yard with hot tub, cornhole and fairy lights, lovely spacious property with good amenities, and greeted with home made cookies!
Nothing - it was great!
