Our stay was great. The communication with the host could have been better through “ message the host”. The house was clean and well kept. The parking incline was a surprise and might be difficult to park for some. Overall great stay and beach close by. Thank you

The house was set up great. Had supplies. Wish kitchen was stocked a bit better but thankfully Safeway was just a block up the street. View was magical! Thank you for the great stay!

The house is great for groups, the oven view is very nice. The only thing is that the refrigerator wasn’t working, although we had a small refrigerator in the garage. There is no air conditioner. And several things were broken, the trash can, blinds, torn sheets, etc. I wish the house was cleaner when we arrived and the housekeeper showed up at 10:25am even though we had until 11 to check out

No hot water in the upstairs bathroom the entire stay making it inconvenient and uncomfortable for the people sleeping up there regardless of when they tried the shower. Hot tub water was not clean. No one dared use it even though we were charged extra for it. There was garbage around the cans outside including a dirty diaper which made the whole area smell. Hand soap in the kitchen was watered down so much there were no suds in it presumably to make it stretch. Not sure who thinks 12 people will only use the dishwasher 2 times in 4 days and includes only two pods. . Needed more cleaning amenities and the house as a whole felt unclean when you see stuff like the garbage lying around. Was not happy with this rental. Only plus side was the beach access and the beautiful beach. Won’t be recommending this to any family members or friends.
