The condo was wonderful, everything we needed, easy access, clean. The only note would be the shower heads didn’t work that well and probably need replacing, and it would have been nice to have additional pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closet.

Perfect spot for hikes. We stayed here before we did the pemi loop. The river out back is a huge perk

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my I believe third time staying here and it was wonderful. The view and listening to the river every morning drinking coffee was great.

Overall, the apartment provided us with good lodging for our ski weekend. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described on VRBO website. We had a lot of difficulty finding the correct building at 10pm when we arrived. None of the building addresses are lit up at night. We had to stop at a few of the parking lots, get out of our vehicles, and search for street address numbers. This rental is managed by LOON RESERVATION SERVICES, not the actual owner. LOON RESERVATION SERVICES should either make sure all their address signage is lit up on all buildings, or provide specific turns/directions to the correct building upon entering a development/complex.Note about the sleeping conditions-this specific unit contains uncomfortable mattresses. They are either very old or of low quality. The coils in these old fashioned mattresses were not pleasant. All guests in our group made comments after the first night of poor sleep. It may be time for replacements.
