Good location close to bus stop and opposite supermarket. Essential amenities for UK - TV and kettle. Shared kitchen with free cereal and bread if you want. Nice friendly staff.
Not sure about parking arrangements if you have a car or bike. I didn't so no problem.

Basic breakfast. Would have liked some fruit and yoghurt and less sweet cereal.

Fabulous old house, great kitchen facilities and lovely homely feeling
It was all really good! No complaints!

Did not feel inclined to eat. The tea-making facilities were fine.
The nearby road is noisy. A car alarm at a house to the rear went off several times during the night.
Room number 9, has a large corner bath arrangement rather rammed into a very small bathroom area. The high sides of the bath make it quite a step to get in to use as a shower. No hand hold for assistance.
It was fine and the room was clean but I find some the reviews enthusiasm a bit of a stretch.
