This property is ideal if you have little ones with you. It’s steps from the beach and has no driving so when someone is hungry, needs a nap, or needs to go to the bathroom.. the whole party doesn’t have to pack up. The natural lighting and views are phenomenal and there is a cute little loft (not mentioned) that got deemed “The Elsa bedroom”-not accurate but what a 4 year old says goes) that was AMAZING as the kids would go up there to play and since it overlooks the living area we could watch them but lots of beach time and tired twins it makes it too tempting to fall asleep and nap. This was a hidden gem while we were making meals or relaxing mid-day. There is a wonderful area under the house to sit and enjoy yourself and rinse the kids off and the just graciously has a few beach toys/floats etc. that he graciously lets guests use. Moreover Victor is super responsive when there is an issue and works to fix it immediately.We had a little issue with the main floor air conditioning, not ideal in June, and he did his best to get it operational and attempted to send someone right away. That’s my only negative as we spent the first and last night in the house very uncomfortable because it was reading over 85 degrees on our phones. I stayed at a house in this community a few years ago and enjoyed it equally well but Victor has made me want to be a repeat customer at his home. Do not miss this one if you have small children!

This house is perfect for a family get together! We had beautiful weather on part of our trip and a storm one day-the house made being at the beach or gathering underneath, relaxing on the couch or playing dominoes all easy to do! Privacy for when the baby needed to nap while fun was happening in other parts of the house. Communicative host was great, too!

We were a large group. The house was nice, it was clean. The location was perfect. Had a couple of issues but communication with the host was goodand fast. Overall everyone enjoyed themselves.
