Loved the size of the apartment and the added bonus of double lock up garage. Appreciated the lift to the second floor with amazing view across the park to the ocean. Great handy location. Luxurious accommodation. The easy and great communication as to how to access the property. And amazing experience!

The only issues were it would have been nice to have a couple of cooking pots for the stove and at least one large glass/ceramic serving bowl for salad. There was one smallish pot with a mismatched lid and plastic bowls. Other than that the kitchen was well supplied. The two main cupboards were in a mess and as I was tidying them up I found one of the large mugs in another cupboard upside down and as I picked it up to move it back with the matching cups I noticed the handle underneath which was broken off as if to hide the damage? No doubt from previous customer?? I understand cleaners have a lot to do but a Quick Look in the cupboards may have discovered the breakage. Also a small scourer for cleaning the pot. I did notice the note not to use a scourer on the stove however the pot was not properly clean inside. Not criticizing, just some positive feedback.

Great location, clean, well equipped, homely

Location, comfortable beds, extremely clean, quiet, beautiful accommodation. Excellent communication and easy directions.

1) Great location, just across a park from the beach, and an easy walk to shops and restaurants; 2) a superb apartment on the 3rd floor with a spacious balcony with outdoor table & chairs & barbecue, and a view through some trees to the sea, 3) secure parking for two cars; 4) a very well-equipped kitchen, including a range of glassware, a coffee maker with capsules supplied, a dishwasher, and a water dispenser.

Communication with the property management company (Holiday Rental Specialists) was mostly good, but they asked for our full credit card details without properly explaining why they needed them, and also didn't let us know the code for the lock-box in advance as promised, so we had to email them to find out, after the time we were due to check in. Also one other minor point: it would have been helpful to know in advance that the apartment is on floor 2.
