Plenty of space for group of 6 friends, well equipped with everything you need (plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and pans), lovely gift basket on arrival. Outside space is really lovely and room for everyone to enjoy the pool

We absolutely adored the villa! It was just as described, comfortably fitting 4 of us, but 6 would have been as easy. The serenity of the place truly stood out, and Manolis, our host, was always ready to assist with a warm heart. Whenever there was a slight hiccup, he addressed it immediately. Communicating with the Thinkvilla team was also a breeze – they responded to every inquiry promptly. Highly recommend!
Just a heads up for future guests: you might want a car for most outings. It's a short 4-minute drive to the beach or supermarket, and the charming city of Rethymno is just 10 minutes away. Making the short journey will lead you to some fantastic restaurants and ambiance. While things aren't necessarily within walking distance, we genuinely appreciated the peaceful surroundings and felt the tranquility of the location outweighed the convenience of walkability. We loved it!

Besonders hat uns die schöne Außenanlage sowie die gute Ausstattung des Hauses gefallen. In der Küche sind alle Geräte die man braucht vorhanden, auch ein Willkommenspaket mit einigen Sachen zum Essen stand bereit. Besonders auch die ruhige Lage und der kurze Kommunikationsweg zum Host fanden wir klasse. Falls es mal ein Problem gab, war er innerhalb von kurzer Zeit zur Stelle und das Problem wurde gelöst.
Manchmal gab es einen komischen Geruch auf der Außenanlage, dieser war aber nicht dauerhaft und nur immer mal da. Gen Ende des Urlaubs wurde der Pool auch nicht nochmal gereinigt, weshalb er auf dem Boden schon etwas dreckig wurde. Aber das ist jetzt kein Negativmerkmal. Was wir allerdings auch erwähnen möchten, dass während unseres Aufenthalts Kakerlaken in der Wohnung vereinzelt auftraten; dagegen wurde aber vom Host selbst, als auch einen Tag später von einer professionellen Firma etwas getan. Danach kam diesbezüglich nichts mehr vor.

Nikoforos Villa est parfaite pour 6 personnes adultes. Très bien aménagée et équipée, l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter une bonne partie de la Crète. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence tout en discrétion de Manolis
Notre séjour, à la fin du mois d'août et après une occupation probablement continue, a pâti des quelques dégradations subies tout au long de la saison (fenêtres qui ne s'ouvrait ou ne se fermait pas, hamac inutilisable...) mais nous avons ''fait avec''
