We enjoyed staying at your place. It was big enough for our family, clean and had needed amenities. We appreciate you going above and beyond to make sure we had pack and plays and high chairs. Communication was excellent. The only issue, which wasn't on you, was the indoor heated pool and hot tub at the resort were cold so we could not swim. The staff explained the heater had shut off during the night and the timeframe it would be warm again. That was one of the reasons we picked this location, but again not on you. But all in all great place and location. Thank you

The villa was perfect for our family, thank you for being so accommodating to our family! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was such a great place to spend Thanksgiving with family! It was perfect and so nice to have three bathrooms! The pool was warm and very close. There was plenty of room for our family to watch movies and play games. The large dining table was great to eat together. We hope to come back again to make more great memories!

Great location, easy access to Zermatt amenities. The unit is showing its age some, updating will be helpful. The carpet seems old, could benefit from a good cleaning. The deck, which offers a nice view of the pool, could use a good scrubbing. The villa is spacious, kitchen is nicely equipped and the unit's location at the end of the hall through a private door is very nice. Overall, it is a nice villa, just could benefit from some updating and deep cleaning.
