Excellent communication via Booking messages before arriving, giving us some useful recommendations. They picked up us quickly in the airport after a phone call to report our flight arrival and we schedule the departure in the front desk only for 9EUR. Awesome breakfast from 7.30 to 11.30 with several options to choose. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, air conditioning, TV set and products in the mini bar.

Reservé una noche para mi madre durante su escala en Madrid y la experiencia fue estupenda.
La ubicación es conveniente y el servicio de transporte (shuttle) hacia la terminal funcionó con puntualidad. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y tranquilas para descansar. Buen desayuno y servicio.

It was close to the airport. It was within walking distance to restaurants and the metro. The breakfast had quite a lot of choices which was great.
The room was fine, but it was kind of plain and ordinary, nothing special, no art on the walls or color in the room. It would have been nice to have tissues.

I stayed many times in this hotel and it was nice but this time the prices doubled and the service dropped.
Room was old, bathroom does not close. cleaners make a lot of noise in the morning. requested one hour late checkout which is normal for all hotels. they offered 15 minutes only and barely accepted 30 minutes. restaurant/coffe shop closed most of the day. you cannot order room service before 4pm.
