Place was clean
No air conditioner. It was unbearably hot inside! Also, had to climb up 5 floors plus the ground stairs to reach apartment.

It is big apartment, nice neighbourhood, last floor , with 2 huge terraces and the view on the roofs , located 5 ‘ from Opera and the lake . Really beautiful
There were no shower supplies, even the soap to wash the hands. It was noted but anyway uncomfortable
We expected 2 beds done , as it was mentioned 1 bed in the bedroom and sofa bed . But it wasn’t , and we didn’t find linen for the second .
No blackout curtains, too light to sleep
No a/c , it was hot but it’s not so often in Zurich
