Good location, nice views, cool breakfast courtyard

Access to the building was a little bit difficult with our baby

Relatively close to amenities. Breakfast in the grounds of a very old church was unusual. Room was spacious and clean.

We stayed in the Annexe which wasn’t shown in the photographs - up a rather dirty side street. We weren’t impressed that we had to put 20 cents in the lift every time we used it (on the 5th floor the lift was a necessity). Communication between us and Enrico was minimal and fell far short of being helpful. As there was no reception, it was important to us that we could contact the host on the phone, more often than not, communication was ignored. The area is filthy and rather downmarket. The photos on the hotel information are misleading if you are in the Annexe. Breakfast is just coffee and a croissant - very nice but don’t expect the usual fruit, yoghurt, etc.

Good once you’re in the room. Staff were very helpful.

The location wasn’t great. I didn’t feel overly safe walking out for food. The elevator is tiny, I got stuck in there with luggage and a baby , but the staff were good and came to my rescue
