Perfect weekend birthday celebration for my son and his friends.

The quiet neighbourhood is perfect if you wish to relax - The house is well equipped with everything you need including a good set of china, cutlery and pans, washing machine, children items such as high chair - Very close to Victoria, so that you have all services next to you and at the same time very peaceful. Veerle has been very nice in explaining all check in procedures and in making sure all is settled before our arrival. It is nice the possibility to have the water dispenser filled so that you avoid carrying plenty of bottles. Pool is spacious and clean.
The mattresses are worn out and need replacement. The shower head and sink mixers could be of better quality as they function well however they are getting worn out which is normal being of plastic. There are some minor routine maintenance things that can be improved as I noticed some “quick fix” here and there, such as the level 1 bathroom door frame. It can be that some other guests damaged it and due to busy operations that was the best way to have it fixed for the time being.

Excellent property, in a great location with parking which is a bonus.
A better or larger sun parasols would have been good.
