Location was great, right next to the water, so it was really handy for us to be picked up and dropped off for the Delta day trip.
When we arrived, there was only a lady around, who was not aware of our arrival and was not very polite, at first, especially about us parking on the premises, despite having specifically requested parking in advance.
There was also an event on our second night, the owner informed us about it when I called to confirm the reservation (they did offer to move us to another location).
There were no toiletries whatsoever in the bathroom in one of our rooms.

The room was good size and we had a river view. The bed was spacious. The staff was very helpful. Lots of flowers in the foyer.
The location seems to be between some warehouses in a very industrial area. The door from the room would only close if you lock it with the key. The shampoo was in a small plastic bag that was impossible to open without scissors. After we took a shower, there was a distinctive smell coming from the shower.
