Stayed because of proximity to Serravalle shopping. Relatively near to train station, Ample of eateries.
Host was apologetic that the hot water system was broken for my 2 night stay (off set my city tax). It did affect my stay greatly but decided not to put under the negative review. I have experienced once in another country in winter which the host allowed me to use another apartment for shower.
Mattress is sunken and the kitchen electric point requires replacement.
