The location is great – close to lots of restaurants, stores and activities and a perfect distance from the mountain. It was very well stocked in the kitchen and very clean. I highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our Memorial Weekend stay including both snow & sun. The layout, furnishings, and location were perfect for our group of 2 adults, 5 teens, and 1 dog. Access to the Snowcreek Recreation Center was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, there was a puddle of water on the TV converter and remotes, apparently from a leak in the roof-ceiling above. The whole entertainmnet set up was damaged. Dealing with this in the first few hours upon arrival and into the next morning was not fun.We are used to properties in Mammoth having plenty of board games, there are none in this unit. The set up of the three bedrooms in the downstairs floor, is much more crowded than we imagined based on the property description and photos.Few non-pampering bathroom towels.
