We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the condo. We loved that the condo was in a central location and that it was clean and welcoming. The place was well equipped and had everything required for a comfortable stay. The owner provided a wealth of information on things to see and do in the area and gave recommendations on local restaurants.
Parking was not on site and therefore not included. However, there was a parking lot 8 minutes away. This is the trade off if you want a place in a central location.

Excellent location, super comfortable, well-appointed, and beautifully designed. Parking was much easier than expected (we parked in the public lot behind the Alt Hotel across the street and it was reasonably priced). We did the Heritage Walk and also hiked up Signal Hill, both of which were walkable from the apt. Beautiful surroundings and generous, friendly people throughout. St. John's was the highlight of our two-week Maritimes vacation, and 110B Water Street was the best lodging of our trip.

Beautiful spot, right in downtown, parking easy, lots of room. St johns is wonderful.
No water pressure in upstairs master bedroom, mold at bottom of shower all around tile, needs to be cleaned and caulked. A few spots with plaster not sanded or painted, and down stairs balcony inaccessible due to plaster. Host was a bit unreasonable, dried stains on sheets when we got there and charged me for a $130 cleaning fee. Also I mistaken check out time from 10 to 11 and he charged me $50 without a warning when i explained my situation. Ive stayed in plenty of vacation rentals and hosts have been very reasonable.
