Hyatt House across from Universal Orlando Resort

The Hyatt was absolutely perfect for our visit to Universal. The lobby is beautiful, the room was spacious, the staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was just right. In addition, the location was exceptional! You can literally walk to Universal.

Perhaps the breakfast could stay open until 11 as I saw quite a few families rushing to make the 10:30 cut off time.

Location and the staff .

Nothing the hotel was in a great location just a short walk to Universal . However I think if you’re staying in the hotel you shouldn’t have to pay to park !

My family had a two queen bed with a pull out couch room and it was so nice! There was a TV on either side of the wall so the kids could watch their shows while the adults could watch something else. There was a nice kitchen area with an island so we had plenty of room to set out the goodies we got from the parks that day. The breakfast was amazing and had plenty of options to choose from and the staff were so friendly! We loved that they offered shuttles to and from Universal and Epic

We did wish that the bathroom had a better door than a sliding door and the actual pull out bed itself was hard for us to do so we had to call someone from the staff to help us with it. And the parking isn't free, but I suppose that can be overlooked for the proximity to Universal studios.

Exellent staff

I don’t like they allowed pet in the facility the dogs barking a lot next to my room. They should not oét in the dogs or any pets in the facility for this price over $200 a night, because I feel like I stayed in Motel 6 or any cheaper motel.
