The location only.
Loads of narrow stairs. No warning. It should state that it’s not suitable for older people or those with mobility issues. It had a dirty towel left in the room . It advertises as private shower room. It doesn’t have a toilet. No toiletries. You don’t know that until you climb all the stairs.It is completely missold and should be avoided

The locations is perfect, there are cafes right near the building, and a supermarket nearby.
However, the room was very small and the staircase was very steep (all of these mentioned in description).

Great location. Quiet.
No breakfast. No tea or coffee in room. No toilet in room but very clean communal toilet in corridor. Nice and clean room but very expensive for what you get. Very steep stairs.

Location was great, bed was comfortable, I could open my window to let in fresh air.
Long high Stairs, only 2 toilets and 1 shower for 25+ rooms, no TV, only one electrical outlet and it's high up on the wall. I had to ask for a towel. Shower is hand held. You need thongs.
