The location was good

A lot of noise outside the hotel and inside with loud guests on the Friday evening coming back In. Room was quite cold and turning temperature up on air conditioning didnt do much

The staff were very helpful, provided us with fresh milk for drinks in our room. We were provided with extra pillows when we requested them.

The room could have done with a second comfortable chair.

It’s on the edge of old town - very convenient for sightseeing, for transport to the airport with the 22 bus and right next to the bus station & there is a big shopping centre nearby. Just have in mind the taxis are somehow not allowed in the street, so if you have a lot of luggage you will need to walk a bit. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was nice.

There was no heating (I guess they are connected to the government heating, so the season hadn’t started & it was very cold inside - when we asked about it - she said they cannot turn it on. We had to ask to bring us a radiator, because we couldn’t stay in the cold. Next - the windows were blocked from opening (you can only crack them open for some air and that’s it - I couldn’t even stretch my fingers outside to check the weather) - I am not sure what sort of prevention this is, but there was a nice view and we couldn’t enjoy it. We were given a mansard room, which meant half of the room was cut off and you could easily hit your head when going on one side of the bed and it’s not even marked (I almost did that a few times and I’m not even tall..) Breakfast was very basic and not looking appealing, so we ate outside. When they came to clean the room - they didn’t change our glasses- 3 days we drank from the same water glasses.

Friendly staff and a convenient location.

Room in the roof with the slanting ceiling was problematic. No gym. No parking on site. Parking was down the road in a shopping centre which wasn’t ideal
