L'Ermitage Hôtel Cuisine-À-Manger

A very quiet and modern hotel tucked away in the hills just outside of Lyon. Very clean and luxurious, with great staff that were able to answer any question I had and made the check-in and out processes seamless. The rooms themselves are very modern with air conditioning which was appreciated with the summer heat. Use of the spa/pool area being included in the booking was a nice touch. A short minute walk will take you to the bus stop which can take you to the city's metro system; all for a cheap price and payable through using your bank card rather than a local transport card.

Vehicle parking is not the greatest, but this is to be expected near a busy French city. I was on a motorcycle so wanted to park as close as possible for security reasons. Whilst I was lucky and found a good spot just underneath the outdoor eating area of the hotel, it may not be possible for others. I would recommend looking at alternative parking spaces in advance so you are not caught short!

Location was wonderful.

Restaurant didn't live up to expectation.

The view is nice and staff is friendly

The opening time for facilities is too short and not convenient for work people.

Desk, location, parking, view

hot water wasn’t hot enough, language troll did not have air in none of the 4 tyres, nobody asked to help me with the language, room 35 was did not have sufficient internet connection. Having these things available it does not mean it is usable. i would advise deleting it from hotel description otherwise it is false promise
